Project Summary
Cobb Engineering Company, in association with Alaback Design Associates furnished professional engineering and landscape architectural services for Main Street enhancements in Owasso, OK between 76th Street north and Third Street. Conceptual Design and Phase I construction of the project was funded by Tulsa County’s Vision 2025 sales tax increase approved by voters in September, 2003. Additional funding is required to complete Phase II.
- Construction Cost, – $ 1,500,000
- Phase I of this project has been broken down into six tasks including the following:
- Task I – Conceptual Design, for the entire project, including 76th Street North and Main Intersection through 3rd Street and Main Intersection
- Task 2 – Construction Drawings, Phase I, from 76th Street North along Main through Broadway and Main Intersection
- Task 3 – Bidding and Contracting, Phase I
- Task 4 – Construction Services, Phase I
- Task 5 – Topographic Survey, entire Project
- Task 6 – Overhead Utility Relocation Coordination
