Project Summary
Task Order No. 1
CEC was selected to perform Threatened & Endangered Species, Wetland, and Hazardous Waste Studies as well as writing a CE for a five mile stretch of county road in Custer County. Due to the use of federal funds for construction,National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) guidelines were to be followed. CEC, in coordination with Blackbird Environmental, provided these services under the direction of ODOT.

Task order 2 included Cultural Resources, Threatened & Endangered Species, Wetland, and Hazardous Waste Studies for a mile stretch of county road in Dewey County. Blackbird Environmental and Francie Sisson provided the specialist studies to CEC.

Task Order No. 3
Task order 3 included Cultural Resources, Threatened & Endangered Species, Wetland, and Hazardous Waste Studies for a 1.7 mile stretch along Deer Creek Road and Dead Woman Road in Custer County. Blackbird Environmental and Cargill Archaeological Services are providing specialist studies.
