Project Summary
Cobb Engineering Company provided rehabilitation plans for Maintenance Zone 9043 for the City of Tulsa. Maintenance Zone 9043 is bounded by the Arkansas River to the west, E. 41st St. S. to the north, S. Lewis E. Ave. to the east and I-44 to the south. This project consisted of rehabilitation of 8 areas in this zone. 
Areas 1 and 2 included asphalt mill and overlays at Detroit Ave. and E. 46th St. S. and E. 45th Ct. S. Areas 3, 4 and 5 were reconstruction of concrete roadways with curb and gutter, sidewalks and storm sewer design in some areas. Area 3 included E. 45th Pl. S. between S. Madison Pl. and S. Peoria Ave. Area 4 included E. 42nd Pl. S. and E. 43rd St. S. between S. Peoria Ave. and S. Rockford Ave. Area 5 included E. 45th Pl. S. between S. Rockford Ave. and S. St. Louis Ave. Area 6 is asphalt pavement reconstruction of E. 45th Pl. S. west of S. Victor Ave. Area 6 also included 437 linear feet of 6” water line. Area 7 included asphalt mill and overlay of E. 43rd St. S. between S. Victor Ave. and S. Oak Rd. Area 8 included asphalt pavement reconstruction of E. 48th St. S. east of S. Yorktown Pl. and asphalt mill and overlay of S. Yorktown Pl. north of E. 48th St. S. Area 8 also included 373 linear feet of 6” water line.
